A checkbox is not an endorsement

The ACORD 25 Additional Insured box is a statement by the producer. ISO CG 20 10 covers ongoing operations. CG 20 37 covers completed operations. They are different forms. If your contract needs both, the packet needs both.

A checked box without the form is a gap. DueFiles fails that packet and lists the missing form on the vendor portal so the broker can send the right file.
