Accessibility

Every operator deserves a usable workflow.

DueFiles treats accessibility as part of product quality across public pages, account workflows, vendor submissions, evidence review, and status decisions.

Barrier reports and format requests: accessibility@duefiles.com

Updated September 14, 2026

Our standard

Accessibility is a product requirement. DueFiles uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as the reference for designing and reviewing public pages, account flows, workspaces, and vendor submission experiences.

This statement describes the current approach and support path. It is not a certification or a claim that every page satisfies every success criterion in every combination of browser and assistive technology.

Product practices

The DueFiles interface is built around practices that make operational work easier to perceive and control:

  • semantic landmarks, heading order, labels, lists, tables, and native controls;
  • keyboard-reachable actions with visible focus treatment;
  • status names, icons, and text that do not rely on color alone;
  • responsive layouts, readable type, and sufficient interface contrast;
  • plain-language instructions, validation messages, and live status feedback; and
  • reduced visual complexity for dense compliance records and review decisions.

What this statement covers

This statement covers the DueFiles website and product interfaces maintained by DueFiles. Customer-provided documents, imported records, linked government or insurer sites, and customer-selected third-party integrations remain under their respective owners' control. DueFiles still wants reports when external content blocks a core DueFiles task so the workflow can be evaluated.

Review priorities

Accessibility review prioritizes account creation, sign-in, navigation, vendor submission, requirement setup, document review, status interpretation, and remediation tasks. Review covers keyboard operation, focus order, accessible names, structure, zoom and reflow, contrast, error handling, and screen-reader output. Confirmed barriers are tracked with the product work needed to remove them.

Enterprise documentation

DueFiles does not publish a conformance report or VPAT today. Enterprise buyers can include accessibility criteria, testing evidence, documentation format, remediation expectations, and accommodation requirements in their evaluation. DueFiles answers with the current evidence for the reviewed product release and records any contracted commitment in the applicable agreement. Start that process through the contact page.

Report an accessibility barrier

Email accessibility@duefiles.com. Include the page or workflow, the task you were completing, the barrier, the browser and assistive technology when relevant, and a preferred contact method. Do not include passwords, authentication links, insurance documents, or other sensitive records.

DueFiles reviews the report, confirms the affected workflow, identifies a usable path when one exists, and routes a product defect for remediation. Security vulnerabilities belong with the process on the Security page.

Alternative formats and accommodations

Request this statement, the Privacy Notice, or the Terms of Service in an alternative format by emailing accessibility@duefiles.com. Candidates can use the same address to request a reasonable accommodation for a published hiring process. DueFiles handles accommodation information only for the request and according to the Privacy Notice.
